Baking wings is a delicious and healthier alternative to frying. Here’s a simple recipe for baked chicken wings:


  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Optional: your favorite wing sauce for tossing (such as buffalo sauce or barbecue sauce)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
